When it came time to sell our property in Oatley we were faced with choosing an agent and we canvassed three or four of real estate agencies looking for that special something, something separating one from the other.
We eventually chose Ray White Oatley, and the team of Matt O’Shea, Fraser Glen and Matt Brookes. I was impressed right from the beginning by the amount of effort Fraser as the lead agent put into winning the contract for sale by going over and beyond the level of service anticipated. This was not really part of a sales ploy I didn’t think, but simply reflected Fraser’s pleasing personality and energy because he turned out to be a pleasure to work with.
Fraser and Matt O'Shea came to the property on more than one occasion, and returned to the property with a maintenance person to assess the remedial work that needed to be done, and provided contact details for a painter. All of this before we signed the contract for sale.
This really made choosing the agent quite simple because I cannot recall the other agents putting in that sort of effort. The Ray White team say they want to be number 1 and I can believe that.
Fraser was a great communicator and always appeared to place great emphasis on the personal; and presented, politely and efficiently in all of his dealings with me.
Fraser has a great knowledge of the local real estate market and in fact our house was sold to a former client who had purchased in Lugarno.
Up to-the-minute with what was going on in market, and fully aware of proposed property prices being bandied about, and prepared to defend his assessments in a polite and respectful manner Fraser made working with him easy.
Communication was first rate, I cannot recall one SMS, left message or email that was not answered almost immediately and often out of hours.
Indeed the whole team at Ray White Oatley came across as very professional, pleasant to deal with, and I recommend them 100% as equally as I recommend Fraser.
