As a buyer, for me the most important thing was honesty - I found that in Fraser. He was realistic in his discussions with me about the home I purchased and the marker generally. He was able to strike a good balance in trying to achieve the best price that he could for his client, yet at the same time being respectful and engaging with purchasers. I would recommend Fraser and actually use him myself in the future when selling.
