We first met Fraser and his team during an open house. We have been to many other inspections and during those visits we always felt agents were trying too hard, always trying to figure out your top budget rather than what type of home you were looking for. When we met Fraser we felt genuinely heard and once we expressed a solid interest he did everything to make it happen for both seller and buyer. Everything moved quickly but never rushed. Fraser kept us up to date with the vendor every step of the way. Even after the sale went through he has endeavored to answer any questions we have had regarding the property by contacting the owner directly and relaying the answers. My wife and i found the whole process seamless and Fraser recommended a great person to do our conveyancing. I suppose it's about using the local knowledge and they certainly knew the area. I bought this property prior to auction and there's a few buyers want it as well. Luckily I am the final "winner" as my offer is the highest. I first met Fraser selling my home in south Hurstville in 2012. He always kept me up to date, not once did I need to try and follow up with Fraser. In 2013 I was looking at buying back in the area and did not think twice about contacting Fraser, I trusted him completely. Even if a listing was not with Fraser he would always help when I had questions or concerns about the property he was not even an agent for. Due to circumstances I decided not to buy that year however in 2015 I was ready but the location wasn't an area he covered. Due to the high demand in the area that year I found my self back in Frasers area but due to a high work level my partner was the one doing the searching and suggesting.
