They were unaware of some recent homes selling for close to a million. Fred was the only one who not only knew in details the market but the locals who lived here. He organized all the team to allow the sale to proceed professionally and when we came in from interstate the whole process of auction was completed carefully, and with respect and enthusiasm. People were very aware of the property and came in numbers to our auction and the day all went smoothly. Thanks to Fred we are very satisfied with the process and the sale outcome. Well done Fred.

Fred was very helpful and polite at all times. We were very happy with his service as normally the agent can be disinterested in buyers queries and can be unhelpful. Fred was great to work with, was accommodating to our schedules and was open and up front with the home and inspection and answered all questions that we had in a satisfactory manner.
