My wife and I met Fred 18 months prior to deciding to sell our house. He had sold a property on our road and we were very surprised to see the price achieved. We made it our business to visit Fred at their office to ask how/why this was achieved. Fred then kindly agreed to visit our home to give me an agents perspective on some works I wanted to carry out. Fred kindly took time out of his day knowing we had only just purchased as no ''business'' was achievable, at that point at least. 18 months had passed with Fred sending the odd email and phone call and always kept in touch. He understood that I saw my property as a short term and not long term. I excavated land put in a pool and Fred was quite keen to see it. It was the cultivation of the relationship which impressed me with Fred, Very friendly, no pressure, it was like talking to a mate. So January 2015 came and I had inclinations to sell, I am a 34 year old man with the mind of a child says my wife. To get to the point Fred came back at my request and advised to complete 4 or 5 tasks if we seriously wanted to go to Market. Fred said he would touch base in 4-6 weeks to see how I was going. Pretty much 2 weeks later I had completed the tasks and invited Fred back. Once again his professionalism and courteous and no pressure attitude and demeanor makes you feel valued. The time to sell came and I think we we wanting $100k more than the market was telling us but we let Fred do his job. As a property with a uniquely horrible drive. Fred got the people through the door. Got us 6 offers and sold our home in less than a month. Could have been sooner but he advised us to be patient. Top notch service from one the nicest guys around. I do not give this commendation lightly. I work in a seriously competitive and successful environment myself but I feel it necessary to highly commend someone when they exceeds my expectations on all levels. Great work Fred! Top stuff!!
