We had a very good experience dealing with Fred for the purchase of our house. He always promptly replied to my queries. He also followed through with the vendor about whatever questions that he couldn't answer directly and got back to me as soon as he had heard back from the vendor. The only area where we would have appreciated more effort is arranging a final inspection closer to the settlement date (in the week before that would have been ideal). We tried to push for that, but it couldn't happen for reasons that, although were communicated, weren't convincing enough. Overall, however, I would say that he did his job well and sincerely.
