Freddie has been pivotal to both the purchase of our new home and selling our current one. From the moment my husband engaged Freddie to let him know that we were looking for a new house he was proactive with helping us to find and secure somewhere. He would send appropriate off market listings, and provide feedback and advice on places which we were interested in, always putting aside the extremely cut throat competition of the realestate industry, even if that meant loosing a sale to another agent. He never spoke badly of other agencies, which is something we frequently experienced, over the journey of trying to buy and sell in such a hot market. This kind of kindness and good honest values is what was the deciding factor of having him list our own property when the time came. And when that time did come, he was proactive with getting our house on the market as soon as possible particularly given the limited time we had to sell in alignment with our new purchase as well as the issue of leading into the Christmas period. He was responsive to us, proficient at communicating, and most importantly worked hard to sell our property at a price point we were super happy with and with a buyer who matched the terms we were after.
