I cannot recommend Fulton enough. This is the third time that we have used his services. In a difficult market and with an older property, Fulton worked tirelessly with several interested parties over a prolonged period, and eventually negotiated a sale which we consider fair. 5 Stars to Fulton for his professionalism, determination and negotiation skills. Note on negotiation skills: All buyers want a property at the lowest price possible. Some quote ridiculous figures. Fulton looks after your interests by negotiating for a fair market price and not budging on that.

Open to using our online portal and learning new procedures, and understands the importance of attention to detail for mortgagee in possession properties.
