When we first signed our home up to Happy Realty we were extremely comfortable in the decision we made to use this agency. Vicky and yanqi were friendly and inviting. Areas to improve - communication I do feel there was a lack of communication from the agency. I think phone calls would be more appropriate to discuss potential buyers/offers. This is a more personable approach instead of WhatsApp messaging. I do also feel that discussions regarding pick up of household keys for the new owners should have been addressed a few days prior to settlement and not 30min before settlement. Thanks again xx
