We had dealt with several sales agents in the past in the sales of our investment properties & regretfully many just recommended a price which were easy for them to sell, thus not really achieving the actual potential or true market value of the properties which would obviously be a loss to the property owners. This time round before we appointed a sales agent for our own residence home, we interviewed a few sales agents first & it seemed that they are again the same lot! But not until we interviewed VICKY. She was most upfront & genuine, sincere & truthful & very pleasant! She is very professional in her approach & there's no high pressure sales tactics at all...just realistic, honest, confident, plain & straight forward & she works very hard, in fact way beyond to achieve the best price for us which is also way above all the other sales recommendations! Our only regret is we wished we had met her earlier & appointed her in all our earlier property dealings! Hands down, she's the BEST around & you can't go past her! We just can't recommend her enough! She has such good character & personality that any buyer or seller would feel good dealing with her.
