Sasa really delivered the goods on the sale of our investment property. Despite my managing agent telling me sales were slowing and the market had peaked and quoting many thousands of dollars less than I believed it was worth. Sasa came on the scene and the whole outlook changed. He agreed with my market appraisal and assured me that he could sell my property at the price I needed within the (very tight) time span I had.
