Gabby is very easy to deal with. Always answer our calls and queries. She provided information very well during the process of buying from inspection/viewing of the property through to settlement. She will always adjust to our time and request whenever possible.

Gabby Sawyer sold our house at a time when the Darwin market was not at its best. She was realistic about our options and the state of the market but we were satisfied with the price negotiated. When Gabby and Teena visited our house for an initial assessment they were genuinely appreciative of the strengths of the house. Communication was smooth and the whole process relatively stress free. We liked that Gabby clearly explained her sales plan and then it unfolded as she had flagged. My husband and I would definitely recommend Gabby as an effective agent.

Gabby took over the sale of my property from her partner who had done the marketing plan and initial inspections. Whereas Gabby was not able to negotiate a sale at the value that the agency had quoted for me, she succeeded in negotiating a price that I could accept, in a very difficult market. My only disappointment was that once the contract had been signed, in arranging settlement I got the impression that Gabby was more concerned about the buyer's interest than my own. That however was a minor issue in what was a successful sale by her agency and i would recommend that buyers and sellers of properties in the Darwin area seriously consider them as your agent.

Both Gabby and Teena were great. This was the 3rd property they have sold for me and hence I would happily recommend.
