We didn't want to sell the unit until Gabriel contacted us. He had found a buyer who liked the type B units in the building. It was a very difficult mission for him, as we bought the unit in 2004 at one of the highest prices, off the plan, and we didn't want to put any advertisements into it. So, we did not accept any offers lower than what we asked for. He called us many times to change our mind about selling the unit, and eventually, Gabriel found a buyer who was willing to pay more than what we asked for.
