Gabriel was fantastic throughout the entire sale process. He was incredibly responsive, proactive and genuinely went above and beyond to get both the sale and settlement over the line. What really stood out was his willingness to find solutions when challenges arose. He even went out of his way to help find alternative accommodation for the existing tenant in order to satisfy both the buyer and lender requirements and keep the settlement on track. Gabriel is an excellent communicator, handles difficult conversations extremely well and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to get the right outcome.
