We initially met Gabby at a home open at another property and although not suitable we indicated what we were looking for. Luck would have it she had a new property about to come on the market and she gave us the address to drive by it. From the outside it looked like a real possibility and we organised a pre home open visit which confirmed it was right for us and our offer was accepted. Circumstances changed quickly and we had to give it away which with compassion and understanding was accepted. Shortly thereafter circumstances returned in our favour and working with the owner through Gabby we were able re-secure the property. Then through Gabby a win-win situation with the current tenants were worked out and we were able to move into the property ahead of the schedule.
Realmark gave a good professional, efficient and courteous first impression, Our property sold without Realmark having to market it as we were very fortunate that an interested party made an offer prior to the property being marketed. This was a reflection of the property rather than the agent. Unfortunately this agent took internal photos of our property without our knowledge or consent and then published them which was extremely disappointing and underhand. They did remove the photos when requested however continued to be underhand with a couple of other processes, deliberately misleading us regarding the final inspection procedure despite the facts being stated in the contract. They made a small reduction in their hefty fee given that the property 'sold itself' in 24 hours. It is a shame that they choose to be underhand as this reduces trust on the part of the client, otherwise, they would be offering a good service.
