Gabrielle exceeded all expectations for the recent sale of our unit, located in Newstead. Gabrielle went above and beyond for the sale of this unit; her communication was impeccable; she provided an excellent marketing strategy; she was personable and very easy to deal with; our sale coincided with Christmas -New Year period, Gabrielle was so flexible over this time, and communicated with us at all steps of the process; Her local knowledge and recent sales were the reason that we chose Gabrielle.
