Not wanting to go with the run of the mill stale agents normally used in our estate, we used the services of a vendor advocate who gave us a couple of agents to choose from. Fortunately we chose Gabby from Belle Property Group. This was their first representation in this estate and if any one has any sense it won't be their last. We were kept up to date via Whats App and phone right from the first meeting, campaign planning, strategy and on line launch of the sale. Gabby assisted with OFI house preparation and scheduled them in with us in mind. The campaign only ran for 9 days and resulted in a very successful, well above expectation sale.
