Gaby and her team at McGrath, Wynnum Manly are very dedicated and hard-working. Gaby is passionate about the Wynnum Manly area and did all she could to make sure our home was well represented and sold for a good market price. Gaby‘s communication was a standout and she took a proactive and positive approach to understanding the many features of our home so she could sell it to the best of her ability. We would highly recommend Gaby and Alec as agents and would definitely use them again. L & T

Trust is essential when working with an agent and we have absolute trust in Gaby, staff and the agency. We trust Gaby’s local market knowledge and commitment of delivering results. The entire campaign run smoothly and Gaby is always on top of things. We have no hesitation in recommending Gaby and McGrath Wynnum-Manly.

Consistent, always on the front foot. Easy to deal with and would recommend to anyone/everyone. Thanks Gaby.

Gabbys professionalism is second to none. She leaves no stone unturned, and will do everything in order to get you the highest possible price for your property. She succeeded this with me in 2 1/2 weeks. Amazing!

Gaby and Alec worked tirelessly to sell our property in what may be perceived to be a difficult time in an uncertain market. They were self-motivated, driven and focused on our end result. We had exceptional communication leading us every step of the way and provided very good feedback on all leads. McGrath has a good expansive advertising network, with our buyer coming from outside of the local area. We are thankful for their commitment and ease to work with and would recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Gaby McEwan recently sold our investment property in Wynnum. Gaby was nothing short of excellent. Being based in Melbourne, Gaby really went the extra mile in connecting us with local providers to get our property 'sale ready'. Once the campaign commences, she regularly communicated with us to keep us up to date with how things were progressing. Gaby deftly guided us through all our sale options and made thoughtful recommendations as required. I can highly recommend Gaby and her team.

Gaby McEwan is nothing but a true professional. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, managing both my & the buyer's expectations. I have bought and sold several properties in Qld & this was by far the best & most outstanding experience selling my home. I can highly recommend Gaby & her team to anyone looking at selling their home. Thank you Gaby.

My experience with Gaby was simply unparalleled. Her deep knowledge of the market and suburb, combined with extensive experience, made every step of my townhome sale effortless. What truly stood out was Gaby's exceptional achievement - securing a record price for a suburb property. Her negotiation skills are extraordinary, and it's clear she stops at nothing to ensure the best outcome. Communication was impeccable. If you're seeking a remarkable sales agent for your home sale, look no further.

My wife and I purchased a property at Auction through Gaby. It is a "knock down, subdivide, sell, rebuild" project. We have since returned to Gaby to sell the spare parcel of land and a Contract for sale was entered into within a matter of weeks. Gaby has an excellent knowledge of the industry with a vast network of contacts and clients. She seems to have an excellent understanding of pricing and market trends. She is professional, has strong ethics and is a very hard worker and it is not unusual to receive communications from Gaby, both much earlier and much later in the day, than anyone else in Real Estate that we have dealt with. Knowing what is going on/developing is at the forefront of most owners minds and Gaby recognises this aspect and ensures timely communication -- an absolute breath of fresh air! We highly recommend Gaby as your agent for sale and/or purchase of property.

Gaby did a great job going between both parties, finding the price that worked for us both. She was a massive support and helped us process any of our concerns. She’d be great to buy from or sell with. No regrets!

Gaby was very helpful in helping our family secure a home with lots of growth options in a sought after area. She was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.

Gabby was well informed about the state of the market both as a geographical comparison and regarding the time series. The deal was closed quickly at a higher than expected price. Obviously Gabby had good closing techniques. This was the s e cond town house she has efficiently sold for us. I recommend her to anyone selling property in Brisbane.
