Gaby provided impartial advice around our purchase of another property that she was not the agent for and then guided us through the sale of our home. We were given advice around which repairs were more urgent and which we could leave (whilst also expecting a lower sale price should we not address them). Gaby and her team contacted potential buyers even before we were ready for open houses and therefore interest at our first open was heated! Our eventual buyer came from that first open.
