Firstly, let me say Gaby gets the job done! We met Gaby at a viewing of a house she had listed. We loved the house and we knew it would be our perfect family home. Timing wise, we had a house we owned and lived in that we needed to sell to make an offer on this home. We thought we couldn't make it happen and we would miss out on this fabulous family home. Gaby followed us up with a couple of phone calls and we arranged a meeting with her at our current home. Gaby valued it, assured us she could sell it and get her seller to accept our offer that was subject to the sale of our house! That was all in one night, the offer was accepted and now all Gaby had to do was sell our house in 28 days! Guess what? SHE DID! Gaby has so much knowledge about real estate, but I really appreciated her communication. At a time so stressful to my husband and I, and with 2 small children, she was constantly in contact with us and very positive and insightful in all our interactions. Gaby is a real people's person, she was able to walk us through the process whilst sharing her excellent market knowledge at the same time. Gaby recently undertook to sell our home which we'd built twenty five years ago.
