Hi Gaby and Rod Thank you so much for selling my house. I was in 2 minds about selling at first, I know I wanted to get rid of the mortgage but would I get what I thought it was worth. When I met you both you gave me confidence in my house to know that all would be ok as the work I had put into it was what buyers would be looking for, the location was great and I would do well. You said we would have it sold quickly and you weren't wrong, going on the market 3 days before the first open house giving me 2 very good offers. On the same day I found the house I wanted to buy so all the planets aligned as far as I was concerned. I have brought and sold 6 houses in less than 30 years and have met many agents mostly good but by far My Property Group were the most professional I have dealt with. They both make you feel like we have been friends for years. It gives me pleasure to write this review for Gaby and Rod and highly recommend them to sell any property.
