It’s second time I worked with Gagan to sell my asset. First property was a bit tricky to sell given not so happening terrain and market was not great for that suburb. After wasting time with an agent for 4-5 months I contacted Gagan and he sold it at good price within 5-6 weeks. Terrific results. Second time, as we all know market is tough still I believed in his skills and experience and thus we get comparable good result under market conditions. Highly recommend Gagan!
