i have now been at my new place for approx 3 months and could not be happier if it wasn't for Gail i wouldn,t be here at all she is a very special lady that understands the needs and different cicumstances of people lives which i think is important to your industry its not just about money and selling its about finding peoples happy place and she did that for me its not the greatest and biggest place buts its what i could afford at the time and loved it as soon as i walked in so she really didnt have to do to much selling i was already sold on what the buyers had done to the place which i recently got to meet as they have bought the corner shop down the road which was pretty cool to meet them. If at any stage down the track i decide to sell or purchase again there is no other person i would trust to do again with.
