As a sceptic of most sales strategies and the REAL outcome they achieve, I usually 'self act' where possible. Most recently I purchase a unit to whom Gail was acting for the selling vendor. I found Gail to be the most pleasant and diligent of all the many agents I have had dealings with. Gail's relentless efforts between the vendors, their solicitors and myself is to be commended. After satisfying the formalities of the body corporate etc. , we accomplished a settlement in 2 days. Outstanding !

I had been looking at buying a place for a while and had been to a few different agents and met a few through attending open homes. When I went to an open home run by Sash & Gable I met Gail and her husband Ian and just knew I had found the agency that ticked all the boxes for me. They were open, honest and engaging.
