Best bayside agent

Gail was nothing but the best! In an incredible, stressful, busy market, she took but nothing but time and effort to help us find our new bayside family home. After searching for months, forever increasing our budget in a competitive market, and looking around she kept us updated and informed us of up coming properties. She went out of her way to contact us before our house went to market, communicated to us the whole way and advised when it would open and kept us up to date before and after the whole inspection process. Even contacting us on a Sunday to let us know the great news and our offer had being accepted and to get prepared. She went the extra mile, like no other agent, and communicated like no other! She kept us more informed even during the settlement process and even updated us when we had settled before our own broker and solicitor bothered too ! After dealing with other agents who actually made us not want to buy certain expensive properties because they were just your typical agent and working in real estate myself, cannot compare how helpful, friendly Gail, Ian and her team were.
