The decision to sell the family home was not an easy one, so when that time presented itself I had no hesitation in contacting Gail and Ian Gobey of Sash and Gable Property. I confess I was at an advantage, as having previously employed both Ian and Gail in senior management positions for a number of years, prior to Gail entering the real estate industry followed by Ian several years later, I was very comfortable with their work ethic, diligence, respectful approach while still possessing the tenacity to get the job done, and done well. Gail’s initial visit with me highlighted what needed to be undertaken to get the home ready for the market. Her frank, professional advice was on point and significantly impacted the excellent result achieved following the preparation, marketing and presentation to the market; selling with the first few days of its launch. It’s not often one finalises a real estate experience feeling satisfied that all aspects of the transaction were conducted at the highest level attaining a result that met my highest expectations. Both Gail and Ian went above and beyond with support, advice and diligence towards the task at hand.
