Gail does her homework when selling properties. This knowledge is reflected with the correct price of your property. Gail is very trustworthy and has the ability to know how to keep both parties happy until the final outcome is achieved. Gail is an astute business woman. If you want your property sold she is the one to engage. But in saying that, Gail is an extremely likeable person. I would highly recommend Gail to my family and friends if they are intending to sell.
We were very pleased with the personal and professional approach. She marketed the property very well and always placed the vendors interest first. She was open and honest in her advice to us and mentored us through the negotiation We would not have sold it without her efforts and advice Throughly recommend her Richard & Jane Gazal
It is with real pleasure that I write this recommendation for Gail Gore-Brown. Gail was an absolute delight to work with - not only is she the consummate, experienced 'professional' but she is also a very decent, honest human being who in many ways went far beyond what would normally be expected of a Real Estate agent. She was sensitive, helpful, informative and considerate; and strong, efficient and direct when she needed to be. We felt very confident with her expert handling of our sale. Thank you so much Gail for steering us through the process of selling our property with expertise and style! You were fabulous Gail! Many thanks once again and every best wish for many happy and prosperous tomorrows!
