Top stuff, The property was a rental and the management agent was a bit un-cooperative as I was not selling via them, I wanted to use a Fremantle based agent. Gail liaised with the sitting tenants, organised cleaning, electrical inspections and additional tasks that should of fell to me or the management agent.
