Gail was very responsive and personable right from the beginning. She knew her stuff and was honest! Was contactable any time of day or night, and got to know and understand us, as her clients, very quickly. Ultimately, what matters is she got the result we needed - service went above and beyond :) Will definitely use her services again if ever we need an agent.
