Our experience with Gail was as the buyers. We had viewed a number of houses before finding this one and it was so refreshing to 1. Be able to arrange a private viewing where we weren't rushed and 2. Be left to wander the house and take our time without having an agent hovering or following us about trying to push the sale. Gail's relaxed manner left us feeling comfortable. She had a no nonsense approach and was open, honest, fair and reasonable. With Gail, what you see is what you get and there are no typical sales tactics employed or hidden agendas.
