We were contacted by Gail Schaefer to sell our property that wasn't on the market. Gail had an interested buyer, so the negotiations started we finally agreed on a price. Banks needed valuations but found it difficult to get access, maybe a call from the agent to see how things were progressing could have helped sort this problem for us as it became very stressful .Everything worked out in the end and happy with deal.

We both bought and sold our house with her, because as buyers we found her frank and honest, and refreshingly free of that "salesperson" way of doing things. She let us take our time, had good communication skills, and got down to business when it came time. We were really turned off as buyers by agents who obviously wanted to talk up the price and say anything to get us hooked, and we wanted to attract a buyer who was similarly interested in quality and potential and could appreciate our house for what it was. We think Gail got a very good result for us. It's possible that someone else could have talked, or maybe tricked, a buyer into paying more, but that's not what we're about. Gail makes both sides feel comfortable and confident, and we recommend her to anyone else who wants to make a fair deal for a good house.
