I have been in touch with Mr Gard over last 5 months, He has been one of the most patient and knowledged person whom we can trust. He acted more like a client's agent than a vendor's one. He understood our complicated needs clearly, did the home work & started working with us on inspections that nearly helped us to narrow down the ask.
