Gareth knows his real estates, of course, but what impressed us was his willingness to work hard even in the middle of the worst of the pandemic when the market was very uncertain and it was difficult to get a half decent offer for the house. Gareth and his team got a lot of private inspections done, as many as was required to get a price that was acceptable in this difficult situation.
