Gareth's marketing plan resulted in 19 groups visiting the property on the first Saturday inspection. The inspection rate was exceptional for the 4 week viewing period resulting in 6 very interested parties. What gave us additional confidence in a successful outcome was that Gareth in discussion with the very interested parties advised that they had arranged finance and would be bidding on the day. Gareth managed the auction on a wet Saturday and after 20 minutes of intense bidding secured a sale above the reserve price.
