A very rewarding experience

Gareth was easy and accommodating to deal with, and I felt comfortable dealing with him from the outset. He showed a thorough knowledge and experience of the market and the area I was selling in. COVID restrictions made the logistics of selling somewhat tricky to negotiate, but Gareth was able to deal with and find solutions to all the hurdles placed before us, and change plans at a moments notice when needed. He worked hard and diligently on my behalf, said what he would do and did what he said he would do. The sale was accomplished in a very short time and the price realised was well above my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend Gareth to anyone.
