My partner and I were looking for a property in the closely held suburbs of the Lower North Shore for approximately six months. During that time (and after inspecting no fewer than 30 properties) we encountered a number of real estate agents, each of which adopted a very similar approach to the sale of the property within the area. We found Gareth (and his team's) approach to be very refreshing. In short and in our view, Gareth effectively managed the balance between advocating for his Vendor, and managing and setting realistic expectations for prospective purchasers from the very outset of the campaign.
