As a first time home buyer I feel very lucky to have been working with Gareth in the purchase of my new home. Gareth was so accommodating in organising times for myself and family to come through and check out the property multiple times. He answered all my questions and followed up on more complex ones to get answers back to me promptly. During the buying process Gareth kept in contact via email, txt and phone calls to offer assistance and check in that I was going okay with everything. What I really appreciated was that he never put pressure on me at any stage. He allowed me to work through all the information at my own pace and just offered that he was there if I needed him for anything. Gareth seemed genuinely happy and excited to deliver the news that the Vendor had accepted my offer and celebrated with me over the phone.
