Communication from gary was done all by text message b4 and after inspections. We ended up taking a very low offer to get it sold. Gary was helpful and accommodating whenever we requested anything. Gary was prompt to reply and deal with our requests efficiently. Gary came to our house for signing of contracts which was very helpful. All round i believe gary was a good agent. He got the job done. The only thing of disappointment was a low sale price $70k under my expectations. But need to also consider that it is currently a flat market and comparable properties were also selling for around same price. All in all we got a good result with Gary. I believe he worked hard for us.
