I felt Gary was very knowledgeable and very professional from start to finish. Only wish he had told me about how valuable some of the trees were in my Dad's front yard as well as telling my friends. I do feel the sale was set up so someone within the Ray White family could purchase it so cheaply hence the $100 bids which never happens at an auction especially property auctions. I say this but I also say I maybe wrong.
