Garry was excellent to work with. He is a great communicator, and was able to explain process and strategy in simple terms. He is very responsive and punctual, and I felt like the sale was in good hands. I interviewed several agents but chose Garry due to his welcoming and down to earth approach, and his local knowledge. I trusted that Garry would promote my property to buyers to its full extent.
