Gary worked hard to get this deal over the line. It was a tricky negotiation as there wasn't a lot of clear negotiation during the discussions and getting an agreed figure was hard work (maybe due to the owner not communicating well). However Garry was always returning calls and trying to get the negotiation to work regardless of the hurdles we faced. Nothing was a problem for Garry to chase up, providing access to the property for a number of return visits and keeping us as informed as possible. Overall, he did a great job!
