Exceptional negotiator

I have sold property twice now with Garry and I wouldn't trust anyone else to deal with my properties on the Northern Beaches. He is an exceptional negotiator, and can even make a block record, in just over a week, in a falling market, while other comparable properties sit on the market for weeks!
