From the time he first made the proposal to us through to the sale his communication has been timely, clear and precise. You are not left in the dark wondering what is happening but you are also not bothered with trivial matters either. He explained the whole process clearly and provided relevant weekly reports by email, followed up with a phone call to talk through the contents highlighting progress. During the week leading into the auction there was again clear communication on the auction process and what we were required to do.
