As a purchaser, Garry negotiated well for the vendor, but also communicated well with myself. I later secured Garry for myself as a Vendor. The communication was good; he gave advice when asked; and held with the requests I made and held with agreements we made. The reports on the advertising of the property weekly were informative. Garry also stayed in contact as the sale became a little protracted. Summation: I will seek Garry's professional help again.
