We had quite a battle with our purchaser to get them over the line. Not only was he nervous about the Covid 19 epidemic but he had the most finicky and querulous lawyer to make him even more wary. For 2 solid months Garry kept his cool and conciliatory demeanour with me and eventually we exchanged contracts! I was ready to tell the purchaser on several occasions to go jump! As a purchaser, Garry negotiated well for the vendor, but also communicated well with myself. I later secured Garry for myself as a Vendor. The communication was good; he gave advice when asked; and held with the requests I made and held with agreements we made. The reports on the advertising of the property weekly were informative.
