The whole process of us becoming aware of the property being on the market started with a first inspection Friday evening, a second inspection Monday evening, and a signed contract Wednesday evening - so it was a super fast time frame which Garry and his team managed efficiently, promptly, and with friendly professionalism. We mostly dealt with Pat, who works with Garry, but they were both very friendly and professional. We had a slightly difficult property to sell, so all things considered it was a good result which was achieved relatively quickly. We didn't get the price we wanted, although that is likely to be an indication of the property as opposed to Garry or Pat. I felt they really tried to achieve a good result and they were easy to work with. I would recommend them for sure.
