What an agent!

Coming from a real estate sales background I honestly wanted to sell my land myself, I couldn't see the value in someone else doing it and just couldn't find the right person for the job - until I met Garry. There were many things that stood out with Garry, the main one being when he said he was going to do something he done it, his honesty based around the market and price and realistic expectations and his intention to stand at the land and do open homes when there wasn't even anything to show. or a house to walk through! Garry had my property on the market within a few days, had shown it the next day and had an offer that night, negotiated and closed the deal the next day and for a lot more then we expected or thought possible. We are so happy Garry sold our land especially the amazing result he got in the current marketplace, we couldn't recommend him more. Thank you so much Garry! You are amazing at what you do.
