Garry seems a very nice fellow and was a non pushy agent which I liked. He was always obliging and his office staff were always very helpful. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about was that prior to settlement date, if both the seller and buyer’s (me) circumstances had been known (sellers still not found another home and buyer not sold my current home) everyone could have won out, the Agent by getting rental business, the seller having not to move straight away and have somewhere to live and rent, and the buyer receiving rent. It wasn’t until final inspection day that I found out the circumstances and after some thought and a day later, personally put it to the seller who had said it could have been a good arrangement had he known earlier but had moved the contents of the entire house already and had made other arrangements. Maybe the foot was not quite on the peddle this time. Other than that small gripe, I believe Garry had a great knowledge of the area and of the properties for sale in the area. He was recommended to me from other clients and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Garry recently sold our home in Dunsborough. Garry was very easy to deal with, keeping us informed at all times and providing prompt feedback after prospective buyers had inspected our property.
