Garry is a good agent who does not promise what he can't deliver. Many agents in this town try to pressure you into situations which may not be in your best interests, they are untruthful and lack integrity. They ste not your friends even though they pretend to ge; they only care about that $25k commission. Small wonder they are not well regarded. Garry is an exception. He has integrity, is honest and upright. He also sells houses. I'd go with Garry next time without doubt.

After 2 years of searching for our ideal home Garry Morris never once gave us the impression that anything was too much trouble. He must have showed us so many houses and each time he was very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us. There are agents that would have given up on us but not Garry. He was patient, understanding and above all he never pushed us at all. The house we eventually found was one that I saw late at dinner in Dunsborough on Saturday when I scrolled down the phone to check to see if there were any new properties.. We text Garry and asked if we could see in the next morning as we were leaving that day. Bearing in mind it was a Sunday, Garry had already shown us so many houses over the past 2 years he was very accommodating. I wouldn't have blame him if he thought 'here we go again' but there was no sign that he thought along those lines at all. What can I say, wow, we saw the house and knew instantly that was the home we have been waiting for. Garry was so professional with the offer, he was very fair, he said it was too low and had to go close to the asking price. There were other parties interested so we put out top and best offer in and Garry didn't play any games. He's a professional gentlemen, softly spoken and a delight to deal with. I would recommend Garry to anyone who is looking for a property but not sure what exactly they want until the walk in and see it. Garry is not your pushy agent, he's very patient and a delight to deal with. Highly recommended.
