There's something known as the 'Tall Poppy Syndrome'. I feel it is because of this we were deterred from choosing Garry initially. We were told he had too many properties/clients to look after properly...so he would not be able to give each the attention/time needed. So later we did appoint Garry to sell our beautiful property, after three previous agents had no joy. All had good intentions and were nice people, but no sale. We had more viewings with Garry and he understood the type of possible buyer for our 'purpose-built' home...so we did sell. I feel Garry would have sold it when we first wanted to put it on the market...such a shame we didn't go with our gut instinct at the time. After selling, we looked at a few properties the following day, hoping to find one to buy. One of them was suggested by Garry as 'perfect for where and the way you guys want to live". We looked at that property again the next day and bought! Was sad to leave our home of over twenty years, but we are very happy now in our new home of two weeks. Thanks Garry and his team...
