Garry was a pleasure to work with. Even as the purchaser I quickly developed a lot of trust in Garry due to his professionalism and attentiveness to detail. We had our thoughts about a possible sale result and Garry gave us his thoughts also. Garry suggested a "let's test the market" range that was quite narrow, and higher than our estimate. He advised on presentation and also completed a video film of the property and surrounds. Covid-19 meant that "Open House" inspections were not possible, and we were restricted to "By appointment only" arrangements. The second group of prospective purchasers made an offer that was exactly at the centre of Garry's range. The rest is history - an excellent result in the minimum of time - achieved by a truly professional real estate agent. We cannot commend Garry too highly.
