I highly recommend Garry for a number of reasons. He suggested that as the market was very strong we should advertise at offers over $495k when we believed the home was worth $540k which in retrospect was over priced. The home was put onto the market and within a few hours enquiries started to come in and Garry booked in appointments for the Saturday . By Friday he had 13 appointments booked for the next day. Instead of having a short 1-2 hour window Garry said to be fair to purchasers he liked to allow 30 minutes per person to inspect the property in private. He worked hard to get us an offer on the Sunday and made sure all other parties had an option to buy the property before presenting the offer.
